Our lawful bases for processing
We process personal information only where we have a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the circumstances, this may include consent, contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation.
Confirming this Candidate Agreement acknowledges that you have been provided with information about our processing. It is not intended to operate as blanket consent for all recruitment processing. Where we rely on consent for a specific activity, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of the type of information, why we hold it, any ongoing relationship, legal or regulatory requirements, and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or resolve disputes.
Our Data Retention Policy sets out the retention periods that apply to different categories of records. Recruitment and work-seeker records are retained in accordance with that policy and may be securely deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required.
